AGM/Election of Presidents

Can anyone please tell me if they know the date of the AGM and if the presidents will be elected at the AGM?  Would like to book flights to attend and observe the proceedings but I keep getting told different dates?

In the minutes of the june presidents meeting :-

Regarding the Real Estate Complex Assemblies dates, it was agreed by everyone that the next presidents meeting will take place on Saturday the 28^th of July. The General Assemblies will take place on the 24^th in November for Naranjos 1 and 2 and on the 1^st of December for Jardines 1 and 2.  

Of course this will have to be confirmed and the venue set
