We have just started the purchase process a 2 bed apartment, can anyone recommend a decent solicitor we can use we only requested to reserve the property yesterday and have already received a contract through via email to sign . Also how long does it take to get an NIE number through

 Hi...wot did u think of the 2 bed apartments?  We are looking at them this weekend....BARGAIN PRICE !!!

We had a look at them last summer quite small but the 2 beds do have a large roof terrace which makes up for it, not really planning on sitting inside much.  We have been waiting and watching as the prices came down I dont think you can go wrong really especially if you've got 2 golf mad sons and a golf mad husband!

I agree to not spending too much time indoors.....

Hubby is looking at them this weekend and at 39500 euros your right you cant go far wrong....cars can cost that!

Any info on solicitors including buying fees is of great help....and yeah my husband is golf mad...me ...you will find me by the pool ha ha
