I am certain that there's a problem with my electricity meter..... I had an enormous bill in August, and again in November. My bank manager tells me that others are experiencing the same ! I have a tenant, and he is refusing to pay the bill because he wasn't even in the apartment for several days in Oct/Nov, and he turned the power off. Does anyone know who I should contact ..... I've tried Endesa, but my spanish is non-existent. I would appreciate help ........
