This year our IBI has increased by more than 100 euros - a ludicrous amount. What on earth is the town hall playing at? Is everyone being clobbered like this - or just those of us on Hacienda?
Additional info: Our community president has now been informed that the Town Hall claim to have 'undervalued' all our properties and will continue to increase IBI until 2017. This is despite the fact that the houses are now worth substantially less than we paid for them. Anyone got any answers?
