English TV

Does any one know what is the best way for english TV - we will be using our appartment most of the year and will want internet as well.

Hi probably A2Z telecom is the best option if using your property for most of the year but works out a bit exspensive if only using your property a few times a year  click on the following link for more info on this subject

Thanks for all your info.  Popped into a2z yesterday.  Was told the contracts are open at the moment but the community are closing them in 2 months - when asked what she meant she couldnt explain in something we could understand.  Asked if we took a contract with them would it stand after 2 months and the answer was yes. 

Costs ideal for us as here most of the time

TV plus 2mb of internet (cant get more) = 20 euro's plus IVA per month (24.20)

Digi box (watch and record same programe) 216.10 euro's IVA and installed included

Digi box (Record up to 2 channels) 330.33 euro's IVA and installed included

Modem cable 79.30 or wifi 121 euro's

Its a sham we have to go on a contract as where we are at the moment (LaManga) we have a perfect picture with all 5 UK channels plus others on a 1.4m dish - even when Astra satilite was changed, infact it improved the picture.

The contract witha2z for supply of international TV channels ended on 31/12/2012. The TDLT community decided not to enter into a new contract with a2z . The signal hasn't been switched off yet, sounds like a2z have given owners two months grace to  take out individual contracts or find alternative ways of receiving UK TV

Has the community come up with an alternative?  I have been lead to believe you are not allowed sat dishes up.
