Non Resident Tax

Hello,

Please can anyone advise who best to use,in order to pay the  Non Resident Tax ?  Plus if anyone has paid roughly how much is it ?

We have only had our apartment for 2 years, and have a horrible feeling we have not paid this, so any help / advise would be very much appreciated. Thank goodness for this Forum !!!

Try Resortalias offer through their solicitors. You only pay €35 admin fee for first year. This year our tax bill was €68 each. Hope this helps. Andrew

 I agree with the last post - Resortalia offers a reasonably priced and simple service. Do not use a standard Spanish Lawyer, they can charge more than the tax itself. Our tax was also 68 Euros x 2 (joint owners).
