Polaris court case

hiya just seen this, I had a telephone call last Tuesday from someone at Polaris giving me the coice of either completing, calling it quits and lose the €68000 I have paid or they will start legal procedings against me to recover the other €100,000. ooops, how far have they gone with sueing you.

We are being sued to complete, have not received phone call as you did. Claim of 50 pages, full of lies.

Can I ask what you mean by lies, I understand if you prefer not to post on here

The biggest one: PW always kept us informed!!!! Can anybody confirm me PW kept them informed?

As from 2009 you could not call them anymore. You could not reach them, all emails remained unanswered...... but they kept us informed.

I was originally on phase 3 which they canceled I verbally agreed to go to another plot,  but in the 6 months they took to send me the new contract I contacted them on numerous occassions to say I did not want to continue, so for the last 4 years I have had an unsigned contract at home, apparently just saying yes is enough in spain.

I have not heard a thing fom them from 2008 till now

We neither but they claim they kept us informed all the time.

I have just said goodbye to my deposit phone call out blue and had to be done and dusted with in a week to stop the court proceedings,haven't heard jack off them for years then they were ringing me everyday house and mobile till I'd signed to give them deposit money,asked if money could be used on another property at the lower prices now being asked answer was we will get back to you but first you have to sign papers!money gone and guess what not heard off them since.

I think you might have done the right thing, I have'nt but having serious doubts.

The resort is lovely have place there bit quite but not prepared to dive in with another at full price my deposit would have paid for new one at the prices they going for now and have no debt!

Is Polaris threatening non-completers to sue them if they are not prepared to lose their deposit?  Ringing every day sounds like stalking.
