Pool furniture

Hi we have purchased on block 162 las Islas and are coming out next week to furnish it. Does anybody know if there is pool furniture supplied by resortalia or do we have to provide our own . Can we just buy a tv and plug it in or do we need some sort of box? I have also heard you have a po box does anybody k ow how e go about finding out about this. How do we contact our presidente and what sort of things do they take to do with? Can't wait to get out and meet all our new neighbours.

Hi,

You will have to provide your own pool funiture.

To contact the president of your block you will have to leave your details with Resortalia who will then pass them onto your president, it will be up to that person to contact you.

You will need a box to receive English TV.

We have just taken out a contract for TV,  Internet,  & internal phone cost 20 euros a month plus VAT

If you leave your email address with Resortalia. 

 You will receive a weekly report from them on all the work that is carried out on the resort plus the contact information about the TV & how to pay your community fees.

To get the key to your post office box you need to take your passport and any document with your mane and the property on (like utility Bill or ownership document) to the security gate. 

They give you the key and the boxes are outside the supermarket
