Is it just us but does anyone else keep getting the regular break in signal where it displays the channel info? Always seems to happen at a crucial part of a programme, very frustrating 😡

Also how do we access the locked channels as have asked A2Z but had problems trying to explain to them!

Please help otherwise I may have to vent some anger on the box 😏

 Nope, have no problem with the signal, could just be your apartment,

To get the encrypted channels you will need a viewing card from the braodcaster of the channel.
