 These have been available to remt for the past two years, around €7/8 per SqrM.  Just need an Indian, Chinese or Bodega to move in :-)

According to IRM no more food places are allowed - such a shame so you will have a long wait (never) for the Indian/Chinese

at the end of the day IRM will rent to who ever can pay the rent.  we were told no more resturants over ayear ago yet the french and american are coming and good luck to them.  it's all down to money in the end.

we did have the money but it didnt happen as someone other than the banks is controlling Al Kasars - they probably will change their minds as no one can afford the rent unless they have a food place so not many new units will be opening up. This will then force them to say more restaurants can open. TIme will tell

We know as things are happening in AL Kasars just like you know things are happening on Condado, thats the way Spain operates but it doesnt make it right
