No Channels on TV

Arrived last night and TV working fine, this morning no channels listed is it just us? or is there a problem, any information would be great.

Had the same problem Sue when I came out at Easter.  Tried a replacement box, to see if it was a box issue, but the concern remained, so deduced it was a signal issue.  Will now need to get A2Z out to check the signal to the apartment next visit (May)

We managed to get ours sorted with some help. We unplugged it from the back and then put it back. and it seems to be ok. It was suggested to us that if it has not been used for a while you may lose all stations and have a few problems.
