Why do some areas have the flowering bushes to shield the scrub land but naranhos and garden eight look over waste land, surely they should finish these areas first. The waste land at the back of my propert looks like a dogs toilet Nick

That's because the waste land at the back of your property IS a dog's toilet....you'd be a brave person to walk barefoot through it!! Hadn't thought of this before....but you are so totally right! I believe this land was to be built on originally but Only God knows if that will ever happen now!! The waste land between N6 and N 7 is the most unsightly...no idea what was supposed to originally happen there..but doesnt look good for visitors to our golf course!!

You are right it is a toilet I am going to talk to ml ref the finishing of thes areas, like everything out here you have to lobby to get it done, Putting the shrubs / flowers in will go somewhere to make the look better for property owners, we all pay community charges and I believe these areas are priority for owners in these areas. Nick

Good luck with that...... It's taken 4 years of nagging and badgering to get the bench that has just! Been put in the pool area between penthouses 2 &3 , still waiting for a replacement palmtree for the pool centre piece. Gill

They put 3 new trees in N4 in the last 2 weeks so I would nag again anout your tree and mention this. I didnt see it but I could hear the large machine that dug the hole!!! Am more than happy to contact ML about the toilet area as well!!

Being a bit of a spotter I took some photos on my I pad which clearly shows a lot of dog mess in one area just wish they would landscape that area by the disussed gate or best plant the edging shrubs with the big flowers. The dog toilet to me is a no no as many with dogs do pick it up. If you could lobby that would be good, like everything out here the more people that ask the more chance we have of getting things done. That said the place is looking good and alcazar has a great feel to it in the evenings. No need to sit in the concrete jungle camposol anymore Nick

The wasteland between N6 & N7 was originally going to be the El Foro town centre when each area of the resort was going to have its own town centre There was then talk of a hotel alongside the world class club house. I think at this stage the mind bending drugs were seized by the authorities Surely some simple landscaping/tarmac would be better than what is there currently but I'm not holding my breath. Might end up being a community project or we need to club together and get Charlie Dimmock out of retirement

That would have been nice but doubt if it will ever happen now!, Would be nice to have a park or something...first impressions for those visitors using golf course!,

We have already been told by ML that the tree for the pool area has to be a certain kind but I'm not holding my breath, at least we have something to sit on now. Re the wasteland between naranjos 6 &7 I thought that a mini/crazy golf course would be a good idea for the families and would keep in line with the resort, obviously a low maintenance type and revenue from it to be used for its upkeep. I like the crazy golf idea too and a park including baby swings...to best of my knowledge to baby swings on Condado!

We also overlook the waste area next to Naranjos 8 and heartily agree that something needs to be done about the ever growing dog excrement that is building up. We are dog owners and always clear up their mess. Perhaps, bins should be made available . It is becoming very unsightly and unnecessary. DOG OWNERS - you know who you are. Please clear up their mess
