Help - can anyone fix water heater in Penthouse

Our water heater light is not on. Someone suggested it may be a faulty thermostat or element.

I've tried Andy who's booked for the next three weeks and also James who's not answering his phone.

Can anyone else help please :0)

We need a new thermostat which Martin thinks he can buy in Mazarron. Just wondering if anyone else has had to replace a thermostat and if you we're able to get a genuine Ariston part. Also if anyone knows where you can purchase thermostats just in case the first supplier doesn't have any.
