The system is that you send in an enquiry which is then forwarded to the owner, you do not contact them directly, then it is up to the owners to respond
In your case it may be that the owners have the enquiry and have not answered you as I have received and responded to 4 enquires this week alone
Chances are that it is more likely to be a problem with the listing rather than an EOS website problem but have you mailed the site moderator with your query
