Attention home owners !!!!

Attention home owners looking to rent via this site. I have been looking to rent on CdA for a few weeks now via this site and I am unable to send a message to the owner. I just keep getting an error message. This means you can miss renting out your home through a fault on the site. Since I presume you are paying for the privelige, I suggest someone gets in contact with Eye on Spain.

I actually advertise a number of properties on this site, very successfully, and I have rented a customers apartment long term this week

The system is that you send in an enquiry which is then forwarded to the owner, you do not contact them directly, then it is up to the owners to respond

In your case it may be that the owners have the enquiry and have not answered you as I have received and responded to 4 enquires this week alone

Chances are that it is more likely to be a problem with the listing rather than an EOS website problem but have you mailed the site moderator with your query

No I mean after I click on the send button I get an error message saying "Message not sent"

Thanks Roy for confirming there is no issue with the website. Our database shows enquiries being received for sales, rentals and holiday rentals so it must be an isolated incident.

Craig has contacted us via our Technical Support page so we are working with him to identify the issue.

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind members that they should always contact us directly if they encounter any website problems, please do not create a new thread.
