Anyone collect and deliver from ikea?

We would like to buy a sofa from Ikea for this weekend and would like to know if anyone on site, or nearby, does a collection and delivery service from Ikea? I'm not sure the value of our order qualifies for an Ikea delivery, if I read the site correctly it must be valued over 600euros and ours is not. I have been in touch with easyflatpax but they are not responding to emails or phone calls and I'm getting nervous about the timescale now. There is a desk at the side of the exit where you can arrange delivery. Sounds daft but we were surprised to find the sofa came in parts and had to build it up. Regards 0 Like Spam post or Abuse?
