I am reviewing my apartment manager situation at the moment and was wondering if anyone can recommend one they have experience of/use. I don't rent out a lot but need cleaning and good communication.

Tricky. There are good and bad ones. Some will charge you silly money just to key hold (>€30 per month) and do absolutely nothing but visit once a month.

We have used a company called the housemaids for 3yrs. They are reliable and reasonably priced. If you type it in you should pick up their website which is very informative.
