Would someone be able to tell me what the weather is like at the moment as I'm thinking of coming out this weekend- the reports and forecast vary quite a bit

It's lovely and warm approx average temps 26 degrees. Bikini weather. Cool at night you prob need cardigan or little jacket.

Definately very nice at the moment, sun bathing all day and shorts/t shirt in the evenings although as mentioned its sometimes a bit cool so bring something warmer just in case.
