How do I connect to the net & what do I need?
Same with tv?

Who's the best for key holding / cleaning?

Hi Phil, and welcome.
I assume you are buying new.

The apt has cable tv and Internet. If you are techy savvy you may want to install your own router and wifi or get A2Z to do it for you. I'm not certain if you need to get them in anyway to initialise the system. Others will tell you the costs, I did mine myself as the system was already installed. Don't have their website handy but search a2z telecom.

You will need a DVB-C box for TV, best bet probably Euronics in Camposol, very helpful and know the site well.

We use sparklecleancondado.com for key holding etc in preference to local 'mates'. They are very good.

Hi,

We bought ours earlier this year. Got all electricals from Euronics, excellent service and delivery / fitting. WE got Tv's in all rooms with built in freeview.
A2Z for Wifi. I paid about €60 fitted for router but I think they may be doing it free now, even if not for €60 worth getting them to fit in my opinion.
We got all kitchen stuff from Ikea Murcia plus most furniture. Again got it all delivered within a 1 hr slot. Would not get that in Uk.

Could I through electricity into the mix....having experienced Iberdrola before (and not in a good way) does anyone know if there is there a better value tarrif that works well for holiday homes?

The phone number for A2Z is 0034 968 03 03 78   and they do speak english and you can pay by credit card and they 

need either your NIE number or Passport number and if you send a key over we can meet them for you and have the internet there for you on arrival! 

We sign people up with \iberswitch for the electric and they are very good and switch you to cheaper electric companies on a regular basis !  It works for us!

Great, not looking at commercial renting at the moment, just friends and family use, but always a future possibility. Would be interested to know what sort of costs are involved for the keyholding services and possibly for an after stay cleaning service if you do that?? Private message me if you want.
