Our case has been lodged in the Alicante Court.
We are awaiting a hearing date, but, feel very positive that the outcome will be in our favour, as our laywer has already won 2 cases for buyers in the same position as us, with no bank guarantee.
It's a waiting game now, but, it's been 8 years this year, and we feel 2014 will be the end of the nightmare !!
