My sentiments entirely Jamesyyvonne !
Now we should be throwing our efforts into ensuring that La Reserva goes from strength to strength, and any unsociable behaviour such as house rubbish i.e. matresses etc are collected properly(there is telephone number residents can ring for free collection)instead of spilling over onto pavements.
Dog fouling/barking are taken to task. there is an anti fouling law in Spain-we need posters displayed as in UK
People leaving small security gates open, and even worse covering the sensor so that the main security gates into Manzanas stay open, because they are too lazy to use the security key. You can purchase a fob from the Developers office which you can use from the car, you don't need to get out.
We also suspect that people outside La Reserva are coming in and using the pools, we were told that the gates to all the pools needed a key.Our gate is never locked and other pool gates we pass are unlocked too.
It is common sense that where there is a large amount of renting going on short term and long term, that the measure of care and concern about surroundings are not going to be the same as that of full time residents, but that does not mean that landlords can not endeavour to enlighten their clients that we have rules and everyone is supposed to be following them.
We have all gone through too much since last last year , and many of us have had no choice, but to ride this out and hope for the best, the same amount of determination to hang in, should now be applied to ensure the small minority do not spoil our investments, and our quality of life in such is a lovely development.
Like James I do not care about Manzana 4, but I care very much about Manzana 3 .
When that special piece of paper is in my hand I am going to get very drunk!!!. and I suspect a lot of you out there will do likewise, good luck to us all.
In answer to AGM point the dog problem is going to be brought up in the A.O.B.
