hi all.we would like to send our wishes of good luck to all waiting to get their money back.

we have just recieved our solictors /court and interest fees back we got our full deposit back in august.

we both would like to say a massive thank you to guadalupe /mariano and all of the people in the office

for the hard work that you all put in for us .we can now start to live our lives again.

could i just compare my case to yours. I have no BG , but do have generic bg , I voted against the builders scandalous offer , my court is in alicante and guadalupe has just sat our final court hearing and we have had 10 days to submit all paperwork, we then await a ruling. please tell me this is the same as yours , if not could you tell me any differences.

we did have a bank guarantee it was a copy psi would not send me the original they sent a copy , guadalupe 

took it to the courts and won it. its on guadalupe blog.the builders like you only wanted to give me %65

guadalupe took that to court aswell and won. if you go on guadalupe blog and trawl through you should be able to see it.

trust me guadalupe and all the staff are fantastic,when i met up with guadalupe to thank her she said that they were only doing their job.goods luck (you are in good hands with guadalupe)

I've met Guadalupe twice now and she seems on top of her game. which bank did u go against and did they appeal. any more information on timescales and which court you where at would help.

it was banco pastor they appealed against everything.the court was in alicante.timescale around 2 years

was well worth the wait.

So pleased for you, ( although ever so slightly envious ), now that your nightmare is finally over !!

You mentioned that you got your costs and interest back too ?

I've read different stories on the interest side of it.

Some are saying that you get interest back to when you paid your deposit ( i.e. in our case November 2006 ), and some are saying you only get interest to when the case commeneced against the banks ?

Can you shed any light on this please ?
