We are in the process of having air con fitted in phase 2 and the men are having a terrible job,apparently no wires were fed down,we are on the ground floor, has anyone else had any problems ?

Who are the company fitting your AC

 

Unfortunately  it's  a common problem,  when the blocks  were first built many were missed in the 1st fix instalation. 

 

You will be charged extra if they have to pull new cables through,  a few did get this back of Polaris but that was years ago when they had money. 

Hope they can get it sorted.

The company fitting is air menor a man called Dave who seems very nice but very frustrated.,he has now had to cut a hole in the bathroom ceiling to try and feed cables down :(

Bit too late to be of help to you, but advice for any potential owners. We had an aircon survey and actually changed apartments because the one we originally chose was going to be a nightmare. The survey was done f.o.c. by the guys who eventually fitted our aircon.
