My husband and l are visiting Terrazas early next month looking to purchase an apartment. We have been reading the forums and we get a really nice feeling about the community, everyone seems very helpful and friendly.

We are quite excited about the prospect of owning an apartment and are really looking forward to the trip.

If anyone has any advice for us we would be very grateful.

When are you coming out? I'll be around from 30th March to 3rd April, and I completed my purchase in January. Happy to meet up with you if you're there at the same time.

Shame. Good luck anyway. Best advice I had was to get an air conditioning survey - we rejected the first apartment because it failed this. Depends whether you are buying bank or new build though.

we're also out for a few weeks from the 17th March, at least a month I would think. We're on the island in block 163 3G almost always at Coppolas around sunset unless we're in our new house some nights.

Could you please tell us if shutters are on the windows and doors or are they something you need to purchase?

Just finished kitting our place out...there for last 7 days. Back in 3 weeks for the first holiday! The site looking good, gardeners working, building works in full swing... love it!
