Hi any advice on transferring monies from uk to spanish bank account currently with Barclays who charge us £16 for transaction up to £1000 then inflates from there - would even appreciate ideas on another bank we could use in Spain that don't charge arm and keg to set up and also allow our lawyers to access our account

my solicitor in La Torre (CIE) set mine all up with internet banking at Caja Murcia in La Torre with Branches in Roldan & Bals.

Transfer money using Caxtonfx.com, all commision and fee free with good rates, again all done online in seconds

My parents use Halo (Google them) to transfer funds from uk to their Spanish Barclays account
