Hi all, A friend of mine is interested in buying an apartment on la terrazas and ssnts to know the best place to buy it from e.g Polaris world. The banks etc.... Also which phase(1&2) do you guys recommend?

I bought direct from Polaris a year ago and it went smoothly, they desnagged everything I asked and replaced a few missing fixtures.
When we finally arrived they'd even given the whole apartment a new lick of paint which we hadnt requested or expected.
My advice would be just check the orientation of your apartment to the Sun, chose the one that matches your needs (sun/partial shade/mainly shade)

Maria at Polaris, we found to be very helpful. Also locally Hilary and Nicky from White Coast. SEems a pretty good time to buy with the prices where they are at. I think they are reluctant however on snagging lists at the moment as the prices have fallen. Pointed us in the direction of some helpful folk though.

We bought in nov , direct from Polaris. No probs , apart from resortalia taking 2 moths maintainance this month. Anyone else had this problem? Best regards john and Wendy Carr . Phasr2 apartment 2671 c .

Hi we were last out atend of jan .spoke to a Belgium guy who had 2 apartments . Plus spoke to a English agent who said he had sold 8 in our block that week , so 267 seems to be selling well. Best regards john an Wendy .

I believe the block before 267 is 100% sold to indivduals, seems the new ones are going well at the prices..I think the bar sounds like a plan! Hopefully they get the next ones finished soon and on the market.
