(i) Copy IBI 2013 receipt (annual local Council Tax) – required by the end of JULY 2014.

Please also advise us of any changes to your situation during the last year, i.e:
1. Change of Residency status.
2. Details if you have bought or sold a property during 2013. Please supply copy TITLE DEED.
3. If you are Resident with more than one property – confirmation which house you reside in.
4. If you have changed your bank account, kindly provide new details.
Our Fees : 130€ (incl. IVA) for one property and 190€ (incl. IVA) for two or more properties. This amount will be debited from your bank account in May 2014 unless you advise us otherwise. (If we cannot obtain our fees, we will be unable to process your taxes for the year).
