Final hearing

We had a court case but had solicitors there for us (PSI).  We decided to accept 65% just to get some money back!! I sent an e mail to anabel earlier this year to find out if we were still on course for first repayment in July but she said she still hadn't heard anything. Well done to those who have received their money and maybe we should have changed our lawyer at the beginning.

We have a Preliminary Hearing coming up in the court of Almeria in October.  We have waited a year and a half for this as seemingly it is a very very busy court.  We have seen on the forum there seems to be a lot of activity at Alicante Court but is there anyone out there waiting for any Court appearance at Almeria and if so has anyone been there and been judged.

I take it u were with PSI originally?  What has it cost u since changing to another lawyer?  We've been back in Scotland since 2008 so really the only communication is by email unless we have to go over to Spain for a break and to see Anabel.

Why do all lawyers not work to the same hymn book?  Have u had money back?

Is anyone , who was originally with PSI, still dealing with them and have u had any info about the repayment of money.

We bought in  2006 too and moved over to Spain in May 2008 to rent for a couple of months until the apartment was ready, everything was stored away to be sent out, because we were retiring abroad. Then we were told of the liquidation!!

Like yourselves we paid more money to PSI for some big wig to represent us in court.  Unfortunately, we are pensioners so more money being paid out is not an option. Unless we win the lottery ha! ha!  If I did i'd sue the lawyers!!
