new pizza restaurant

Me and 2 girls went for quick pizza. Oops mistake

Sat there for half an hour waiting for 3 basic pizzas. Fast food it ain't

When it arrives will tell you if food good lol

Am trying to order a pizza from them for delivery but can't find number. Any chance you can ask for me!?! Arlene

Went there tonight with the children who wanted pizza which we did not, so we asked if we could order off the restaurant Sofia menu, but were told as it was past 7pm we could not. The food is served at the same tables by the same staff but run as 2 separate restaurants. There was no flexibility so we got up and left and went to La Cata where we could get food othat we all wanted. Service and food was great.

The owner of Sofia / Pizza restaurant needs to get his act together or he wiil continue to lose trade to the other restaurants.

Not a great fan of Pizza`s but why have we now got two restaurants offering the same type of menue. Surely a Chinese or an Indian would be better or even an authentic Spanish restaurant . Is ML getting desperate to rent out the units I wonder.

Just read on the La Cate thread that the Pizza restaurant is part of the Bulgarian. What a pity that they have split it. I can understand the reason to maybe rent out a section if it is half empty for most of the year but why not allow their customers to order from both menue`s. A bit of a faff but I am sure that parents would not be put off if they have to have two bills. Both Resturants can keep their books in order & parents & children would be happy. If they do not get their act together I think that they could easliy loose trade & that would be a great pity.

If they are going to be so inflexible they need to section the restaurants off. Open up the other doors so you walk into Sofia's and not into a pizza restaurant and walk through to Sofia's. Those wanting pizzas will go to the pizza restaurant and if you don't walk through the pizza bit the kids will have to order from the Sofia's menu. It's the walking through and seeing pizzas that get the kids wanting one. Or........be totally flexible - listen to your clients or like me and others - la cata will take all those customers from you because they are flexible and offer pizzas, pastas, grills, fish, paellas etc etc. I can't even start to think about the chaos of summer with a restaurant not offering what it's customers want......

It's early days - hopefully Darren will be able to make some changes that will keep customers and attract new ones too - just hope it happens sooner rather than later. We didn't go back after the silly changes and pauls1 has already had to walk - how many more.....
