hi , just joined the community page looking for some advice , you seem to have agreat community spirit at the resort and everybody seems positive about the future.what are the yearly costs you yave to take into consideration when buying an appartment on the resort any info and advice would be great thanks neil

Welcome to terrazas, it is a great community to be a part of and the future is starting to look good for us. 

As for yearly fee things like facilities are obviously department how much you use is, water & electric are expensive compared to the UK you are charged around €20 a month each service charge before using any electric or water.

With local council tax, non residents tax and community fees as well I usually say about €2500 a year covers it.
