we are looking to possibly buy property on this resort as a holiday home that we ourselves can use as well as renting it out when we are not there. Was hoping if anyone could tell me how well these apartments rent and how much monthly running costs with regards to property management, bills, insurances, taxes etc would cost. Was also wondering if you need a car to get about or is there any type of bus route etc nearby. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
