Block President Meeting

In the news letter we have just received it states that only 70 owners were interested in tennis courts out of 700 individual owners at Las Terrazas. If its true that 700 apartments have been sold then thats great news. Does anyone know how many apartments there are at Las Terrazas ?

I think it is around 1500.

We're are owners in block 275 and we have never been asked and I know others in this block have never been asked also and would be interested.

Resortalia have sent out to everyone  the minutes to the last 2 blocks presidents meeting including the proposal for the tennis courts. 

The issue is who pays for them to be built ( the user of the courts  or all owners)  do we charge people to use them?  

The are plenty of the properties sold on terrazas  but many are in legal dispute so community fees not being paid ect.
