After reading all I can on this forum and the PolarisWorld Forum there seems to be a lot of scepticism about the completion date for Condado. Also that planning permission is only in place for 50% of the development. Even at this stage 2008 seems optimistic. I'm thinking of buying there and flying out for a look on Saturday. Will report back with observations if anyone is interested.
