Milinium

I would just like to say well done to Milinium.

3 hours ago I went up to the office and I had 2 issues.  1. We have some kind of fungus in our hedge which

I reported and 2. the broken gate going into our pool.

By the time I had got back to our apartment a man was already inspecting our hedge and informed me the job

would be done in a day.

Just returned from the pool and gate was fixed. Very efficent. On the gate side its amazing the number of people

who do not close the gate when the leave the pool. With so many children during the year, its an accident waiting

to happen, just for the sake of going to the trouble of closing a gate.

Just a thought.

I agree with you Fred milinium do a great job

I have just spent the last month in CAD and every day the maintenance staff were on site gardening, cleaning and generally keeping the place tidy even picking up rubbish which some people leave on the floor by the bins (how hard is it to put rubbish in a bin!!!!! Or if there's not a glass bin in the row walk to where there is one don't leave empty bottles next to the cardboard bin )

I think milinium do a great job with the funds they have well done 

Ohh and for all those people who just moan about condado and the milinium sell up and buy somewhere else

ermm, shouldn't you be thanking STV?  They do all the cleaning, gardening etc etc.  ML just pay them and arrange for someone to do repairs, they don't do it themselves you know!   next time the gardeners are near you, have a chat or offer them some water or other drink, they are the ones that deserve your thanks if you think they are doing a good job.

When I have dealt with Milleniun, they have been effiicent and dealt with the things that I needed them to.

However, I distrust them trying to pick their own presidents.Since the changes nearly 2 years ago, I have had no contact from our "new" level 3 president,
