Bank auctions

So, the auction on Tuesday was declared void.  Would love to know why? Anyone got any ideas?

Looks as if successful bids may have been made for Lots 17, 18, 18 &19, and the rest declared void. Presumably failed to meet the reserve.

Just checked the web site, lot 19 which where my property was, listed along with about 17 others was successfully bid at 316.410,03 €.

So cant get anything back from the builders, now the administrators and the banks.

I wonder if i can go down the route of sueing Atlas International, they are registered as a UK Base and they were a rep for Masa/Procabar...monies were transferred into there accounts and receipts obtained...

Just wondered if anyone else has tried this avenue of compensation...
