Case Won Against BBVA

anyone know if it's possible to find out [from court records or something like] what cases were heard in court and what the outcomes were?  just wondering if some record is published for public consumption. thanks.

Our case was heard in the Valencia Court on the 10th september 2015,

we won our case and the bank did not appeal (big of them).

I have received news from our Soliciter that our money should be in our account

any day now.

Didnt you get notification of the amount you were awarded???

deposit plus interest plus costs?   That should be part of your award, isn't it.   

Hi all

Does any one know how many years it may take to get a result after a preliminary hearing.  Am I at the beginning of a long drawn out fight. It has taken over 5 years to geg this far, will it take another 5 years to get an actual hearing.  I will have to  send the youngest child out to work by then.

Any advice on this subject is appreciated.

should have the case hearing anytime from 6 months (best case) and upto 12-14 months after preliminary judging by other cases. We were about 11 months but won. BBVA appealed and we are waiting for that which should be in a couple of months .

Our preliminary was in November and we were back inAlicante in May. We have just heard the judge has awarded us our deposit, interest and costs (of course the bank will appeal).

Now its just a case of waiting for the money and hope the interest and costs are included.

Thank you Joyjo, I havd waited a very long time to get this point, yours was quick compared  to mine and others.  I would give it another five years to wrap up if I m lucky,  taking it to under 15 years in total.

We were with another lawyer from 2008 until 2014 and got nowhere. Hence the move to GM Legal, we had heard good reports about them.  Hopefully, it has now paid off and because it was a class action it wasn't too expensive.
