May we inform you that from November 19th, there might be an interruption of the TV signal in Villas as well of the interruption of the signal of the English channels in the rest of properties on Roda for a limited period of time.
This temporary interruption, if occurs, will be the result of the finalization of the contract with the current Telecom Operator.

May we inform you that, as we have been announcing during previous weeks, the lease contract of the fiber optic installations owned by the Promoter has expired today. May we remind you that these facilities provide the analogical TV signal which includes the English channels.

The EUCC has hired the global TV service with the Telecom Operator A2Z, as the new lessee of the fiber optic facilities. We are pleased to inform you about the main features of the new contract, as follows:
- An increase in the number of international channels.
- A 45% reduction in the annual cost of the global TV service.
- The free replacement of materials and any damaged device of the communal TV facilities for all the Communities.
- All the owners will have the possibility to hire other private services of TV, internet and telephone that will be available through fiber optic system in the Urbanization. No aerials required!
Today A2Z has started carrying out the necessary works for the establishment of the new global TV service; therefore some temporary disconnections might happen. The new operator expects to have all the works done along next week.
In the next few days we will provide you with further detail about the new global TV service of the Urbanization.

| CLOSURE OF SECONDARY ACCESS AT NIGHTS |

May we remind you that, for security reasons, the Secondary Security access will be closed at night from 0:00 to 07:00 until next Spring. During that period, any vehicle or person who wants to enter or leave the Resort should do it through the Main Security Access.
Thank you for your collaboration and sorry for any inconvenience that may cause you.

| SOCCER SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN |

The EUCC is studying the possibility of creating a Soccer School for children living in RODA GOLF. If you are interested, please contact the urbanization gym “GENERATION FITNESS” where you will be provided with further information on the subject.

| SECURITY AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE |
|
|
|
Last Friday, SECURITY started the nightly closure of the sliding gate in post 2. Notices have been posted by SECURITY informing of closing hours.
|
|
|
Last Sunday, an Owner reported to Security that he had accidentally bumped a Street lamp in phase 3. This incident was reported to SICE (Municipal Lighting Company) which checked that it did not create a hazardous situation and confirmed that the lamp would be repaired as soon as possible.
|
|
|
Last Monday, Security, on a route patrol in garages of phase 3, detected two switches manipulated and fixed with pieces of paper to have the light on permanently. Please be considerate to your neighbors and make a responsible use of common elements. Repairs increase the owners’ fees! If you witness any manipulation, please do not hesitate to communicate it to Security or Resortalia. Thank you.

Last Tuesday night, Security detected a general blackout in streetlights of phase 4. This was reported to SICE (Municipal Lighting Company) which attended and repaired, leaving the service resumed that same night.
Repair Works of the perimeter fence which was damaged last September have continued this week. We shall keep you informed of the evolution of the works.
