Lack of TV Signal

Hi - has anyone got problems with their TV signal? Ours was working fine until today and now there is nothing - does anyone know if it is related to A2Z completing their global TV installation?

Is accessing the TV channels via the antenna setup now defunct and if so can anyone shed any light on how to get them?

We'd had the full list of channels as advised by Resortalia up until today. We don't subscribe to any paid service - just access the standard TV service.

You might want to try retuning all the channels on your TV as I am not aware of any outage at Roda

Thanks Pommers - however we've tried retuning several times but it just comes up with zero channels found. 

Will check all the connections again. 

We retuned our digital TV and still have 6 analogue channels as well as all the new digital ones.

We have not yet retuned our analogue TV in our our other apartment.

Try contacting A2Z direct on 968 012 099 as it sounds like there could be a problem in your apartment block or house

We'd already retuned the TV at the start of the week and found the extra channels. But after Wednesday there was just no signal at all. 

However A2Z have been out and there is an issue with basement amplifier for our entire block so hopefully normal service will resume shortly.
