Can anyone answer are we allowed to install a small antenna on the roof for internet I have contacted Resortalia to ask but to date I have not had an answer. It is the company at the 525 Hotel I want to use good rates for pay as you go.

Can you use a different internet provider than A2z?  The rates they have are far too expensive for high mb.

It is against the rules to make changes to the communal areas. See Article 5 b on page three here.

Having said that, some blocks have satellite dishes so if the antenna was small I wouldn't think there would be an issue. I think you would need to get permission from your block president and/or the ethics committee. You can find the form and instructions here

The statutes  governing Terrazas specifically forbid the positioning of tv aerials, dishes or other telecommunications equipment on the balconies oe external walls of apartments.

Some blocks have obtained approval from the aesthetics committee to place satellite dishes and internet antenae discretely in the communal roof space of their block, but only on condition that the service provided is available to all owners in the block and that the existing wiring infrastructure is used - no wires going down the front of buildings. Any internet fixture must be capable of 'feeding" all the apartments in the block

I use A2Z internet. They already have the infrastructure into every apartment. All you need to do is buy the wireless cable modem. They aren't cheap though.

Might be worth investigating the wireless antenna with your fellow block owners if it turns out to be cheaper.
