The statutes governing Terrazas specifically forbid the positioning of tv aerials, dishes or other telecommunications equipment on the balconies oe external walls of apartments.
Some blocks have obtained approval from the aesthetics committee to place satellite dishes and internet antenae discretely in the communal roof space of their block, but only on condition that the service provided is available to all owners in the block and that the existing wiring infrastructure is used - no wires going down the front of buildings. Any internet fixture must be capable of 'feeding" all the apartments in the block
