rightmove there is no chance of you getting an apartment for €40k on Terrazes whoch would be furnished and ready to go when the cheapest bank repro id around €56k, unfurnished

If somebody did want to sell at €40k I could buy it and sell it on tomorrow for a profit for the typical asking price for a resale now which is nearer €70k in Terrazes

Agents fees are only typically €5k for selling

The market has changed, prices are increasing and you cannot even buy on UGR or Corvera at that price and the longer people wait the more they are increasing
