I need help to i want to buy but can't

Can you help me??

I have recently spent a few days on Corvera trying to buy a property, i had registed with both Solvia and Altamira, and a company called Blue Med who advertise on this site.. Blue Med showed me a property near the tennis courts at €53,500, whilst viewing i saw a board with a another agents number so called them as well Casak somthing they showed me the exact same property at €5k less. WHY THE PRICE DIFFERENCE?? Blue med told me i was buying from a bank, the other agent from a devleoper who brought the properties from the bank. WHO DO I belive..Altamira sent an agent called Mirium, who could not speak English, and knew nothing of the resort or what fees i woiuld have to pay.. Solvia sent a agent from a company called OLE, who after showingh me property said that there would be a €3k agent fee on top of the purchase price, is this legal??. On my last day, not knowing what to do who to believe or to turn to,with literally an hour to spare, I bumped into a guy called Chris Dean ( who i had heard of from owners i spoke to) he gave me his card but i lost it, but he seemed the only genuine agent that i spoke to and was very knowledable about the resort and althouigh obviously busy was the only person who spent time with me. But he could not help me as i had registered  with all the agents or banks on the resort an explained he had resale property but more expensive than the banks properties..Can anybody let me know this guys contact details as i would like to thank him for his time, and to ask some advice. By registering with directly with a ban you atr locked to the agnet that they appoint and other agents are not allowed to deal with you

The properties from Solvia are direct via the bank Sabadel Cam via their agent netwrod, and there are a lot of agents

The properties from Altamira are direct via the bank as they are both the property arms for the banks

The properties by the tennis courts are however a totally different bank and agency setup and originally were Bankinter but now ownership is unclear

Because the levels of commission paid by the banks are so low some agents a handling fee of between 3k-5k, is this ilegal no, do the banks like it no as they publish the ACTUAL sales prices on their websites and if you have an issue with this you SHOULD complain to the bank directly

They also publish current availabilty on the websites

What Chris can does and what I used to do when I was selling property was charge the actuak bank prices and make my money on the services, property managment, rentals and furnishing

We have just bought a property on Corvera, a 3 bed ground floor apartment near the tennis courts and we bought it through Blue Med. We were told they were bank repossessions but the paperwork on completion shows the seller as Dol Invest Spain, so assume they bought from bank and sold on. We paid 56,000 euros for ours and we possibly could have bought it cheaper but are happy with our purchase as it's just what we were looking for.

We have also spoken to Chris Dean who is very knowledgeable about Corvera golf being a resident and owner there himself for some years. You can contact him through The Finishing Touch which is based in Corvera town.
