Hi delandmax,
How are you enjoying your new property on Las Terrazas? We are out now and the weather is great, gardens are looking fantastic and pools in great condition and warm :) What more do you need?
According to the latest from Resortalia, Blocks 271-274 are owned by Sirius Assets Plc who are a subsidiary of Polaris World.
Block 271 was completed as a standard 16 x 2 bed apartment penthouse style. The majority have been sold.
Blocks 272-274 are the new blue and white style with glass fronted balconies. As Graham has stated, they are being marketed as 2, 3 and 4 bed apartments. I assume some modifications are being made on the original layouts and plans so this will mean less than 16 apartments per block depending on configuration. Perhaps not for apartments on block 272, which is now nearing completion and being marketed as Marbella style 2 bed apartments. The 3 and 4 bed apartments are maybe speculation for blocks 273 and 274 to gauge interest and build accordingly?
Whatever way, I view it as good news for Las Terrazas. There is clearly interest in the new properties and the more that are completed and sold, the more community fees are being paid and also the more attractive investment opportunities are for property developers.
Personally, I just want to see the cranes gone and the apartments completed. It has been interesting watching over the last couple of years but it will be good to have a vista with those three blocks completed and the two remaining cranes moved on.
I was chatting to owners on Phase 1 who have been here for eight years and they have said that this summer is the busiest they have ever seen it. As a newbie of two years I certainly can see also see an increase in activity. Our block is now at over 50% private ownership.
Things are definitely looking up at Las Terrazas :)
