Cash buyer...best option

I'm planning to buy a golf resort apartment in Murcia early next year.

As a cash buyer is it better to work with one of the property agencies (any recommendations?), and are prices fairly negotiable? Any opinion appreciated !

On HDA all of the agents have the same availabiilty and prices and the bank in this case normally don't discount for the banks properties so really doesn't matter which agency you use, perhaps come on a subsidised trip

The banks actually prefer people buying on a mortgage

If you looking at resales yes prices are negotiable and certain agents specialise on this resort

If you are looking at other resorts certain agents specialise in certain resorts
