What Tv and Internet is included in the community fee

We are currently paying A2z for internet and TV at 23+ euros per month and the TV service on many UK channels repeatedly breaks up and we can never get BBC news.

Does our community fee include internet up to 4mb and Basic TV.

Has anyone moved to a more sucessful wireless internet and TV and if so at what monthly cost ?

Hi,

Spanish Terrstrial television has to be available to eveyone either by aerial or cable - this is Spanish law. Unfortunately there is no such provision for English language TV. On some resorts TV and internet are part of the Community fee package, this is not the case for Terrazas, a vote taken in 2012 meant that no communal contract  was madewith a2z - who own the infrastructure wiring.

Some blocks have installed communal dish in the roof space, but this only gives free sat TV. - (permission is required from Resortalia.)

An alternative is to have a communal internet  aerial installed (permission required) by a company such as TV Horadada. Their costs are similar to a2z but they do offer a faster rate and the ability to take out short term contracts.
