Hi all
Just sent bank particulars to solicitor and hopefully money could be sent to us in a couple of weeks. Also been told that SGR are appealing the appeal and may be heard in the high court in Madrid. They are appealing against costs. Will keep u updated.

So our long journey has finally reached its successful end.
Our bank account has been credited with our full deposit and despite us having to pay the legal costs we are very happy.
Basically, the legal interest that was awarded has covered the legal fees and overall we are actually better off.
So there can be no doubt that each one of you will archive the same result. It's just a question of time and yes there is inconsistencies with the different courts and length of time taken.
Sincere thanks to GM Legal team for their hard work and professional pursuance of justice.
Best Wishes to all.

Brilliant news. Great stuff.
So you got the deposit and interest back, and before the appeal is heard as well. Very heartening mate.
Enjoy!!!!!!

Hi All
Money should be in the bank today. A bit dissapointed because after the costs came off it didn't cover the deposit, can only hope SGR's second appeal is thrown out and we get our costs returned.
On the bright side, something is better than nothing. Our thanks to Guadalupe and her staff for getting us this far.

OK Joyjo, great news.
So you received the depost and interest award then? But the costs took the interest away, is that about it?
Let us know how you get on

Yes Briando
That's how it appeared.
Just clarified things with solicitors, all the interest had not been included. So things are looking better as more interest is to be added which should bring us to just over the amount of deposit.
