Hi I used to have a couple of properties on la torre you might be better off asking on the owners forum, but I have looked on the Resorts web site and they are say 140 pcm for a town house, I don't think there is much in the prices of each property, I think in some cases the town house are cheaper no lifts and communal stairs to pay for in your fees.
