ACC going to court

Does anyone on here use Abad Abogados in Los Alcazares & if so is your claim nearing fruition do you know? Been trying now for over 11 years to get my monies back on ACC.

Don’t know if they have a track record in this sort of litigation but they handled our property purchase and have been our fiscal representative since 2009. Have always found them to be extremely easy to work with and they have people who speak English. Good Luck.

I was one of the very fortunate ones who was able to recover my stage payments in 2007 from  the ACC  developers.

i am now pursuing my initial off plan deposit from Sabadell Bank who have refused to honour their liability as they should

do but wish to drag the matter through the Courts for years and even appealing the decisions when it is ruled against

them. All the Spanish Banks who are treating other clients in this matter should hold their heads down in shame and realise that they should show honesty and integrity and repay the monies they are legally obliged to pay. 

British Banks I have no doubt have their own problems but my family have dealt with a UK Bank over a PPI claim

and found them helpful and managed to recover monies from them in a matter of a few months, unlike Spanish Bank

who have to be dragged through the Courts screaming and Shouting!!  I hope all potential future clients of all the Spanish Banks involved in this debacle remember how these banks treated their customers when they needed the

help and assistance of the Banks in question!!!

This is exactly why it’s essential to get SC doctrine established asap, so that judges are consistent in their rulings to make Banks FULLY accountable for interest backdated to date of deposit with award of costs so as to deter Banks from continuing in this abusive manner  that compromises the system of justice in Spain ( all the judiciary need to reflect and recognise Banks’ bad intent and purposeful attempts to delay doctrine, in their ongoing rulings).

The irony is that Banks are now attempting to suggest that claimants have exercised “ late exercise of rights” in this process!

This abuse needs to be exposed by all those struggling to achieve timely return of all monies, and hopefully good law firms will support claimants in this process by collectively calling for timely Supreme Court doctrine with regard to correctly backdated interest, otherwise the sad reality is that the Banks will continue indefinitely with their manipulative ploys and claimants will be subjected to a legal lottery and ongoing appeals in the ever lengthening interim periods.
