Any for sale ?

Hi all, we recently came back from viewing an appartment on UGR but we were unable to view more than one as the agent couldnt get access as the banks are changing the door locks .!!! Does anyone know what bank are selling them  as I want to find out direct what’s happening and if there are any for sale or not . Any details guys !

What agent did you use? I’m not 100% sure which bank is selling them now. It was Solvia when first viewed but then ended up buying a resale.

Most of the bank sales on UGR  have been done via the agent, Golf Property Store. We also used them for our resale and they were brilliant. They will be able to tell you which bank has them now.

Hi Alan and Cerin

There are properties for sale - but privately through owners.  I know of 2 x 3 bedroom penthouses and a 2 bedroom large ground floor - all fully furnished and ready to go but the prices won't be bank prices I am afraid but are well below what the owners originally paid for them.  Also have a look on Rightmove - there are other agents there selling properties.

Hi Sandra , where is the ground floor one for sale ? I can find one that has just been reduced but it’s not the layout I wanted  as it’s in one of the smaller blocks I think
