leaks

we have found that our spare bedroom on ground floor block 267 has a leak from upstairs....the first time this happened maybe 5 years ago was a dodgy shower connection under floor of upstair neighbours, this time they have apparently took floor up again and found nothing? Distraught here, wondering what it could be?

I don't understand why they had to dig up the floor, waste pipes come through the concrete slab and are easily accessible from the apartment below ( ie yours) we had 2 shower tray leaks and the ceilings in the wardrobe in the smaller bedroom were pulled down and both problems were easily found baldy fitted shower waste, and repaired, new plasterboad bit of paint all done .

I'd asked resortalia to investigate from your apartment.

Resortalia are the ones invloved with their plumber.

they have run the shower upstairs for a good hour and nothing! The last time we had this it was the shower.

the plumber seems to think now that its a high pressure pipe burst...but where? Hes even thinking of second appartment in upstairs...we are on a corner downstairs.

plumber seems to think there was no way it could be their kitchen or washing machine room as theyre not on the same outlet??????? 

our block has no-end of probs. Our washing machine is plumbed to hotwater in our wash cupboard...so we cant use that tap to water plants...theyd all be scalded!
