Looking to buy 2 bed penthouse in Los Olivos

Any advice would be great. We are looking at buying a 2 bed penthouse in los olivos area. We want to rent it out for most of the year and use it for ourselves a few times a year. What are the management company like and what are there fees.

The only way you are going to make money out of renting to holiday makers is by managing your rentals yourself ...that means getting the clients / doing the cleaning  after a rental...and so on you will also need a tourist license /liability insurance and you will need the permission of the apartment block management as quite a few do not allow holiday makers  ...I hope for your sake that you are not borrowing any money to make the purchase .. hoping that the rentals will cover the repayments ...if it was this easy wouldn't everyone be doing it  .if you are going to make the purchase with your own money then good luck to you ..
