Great place, great people

I am so glad, I bought property there. The apartments are nice, and great price.

I am not a sales person but I would say "So hurry up, take advantage of this, if you like to buy in Spain" . At the rate the sales are going HDA will be in no time the most favorable place to live. 

Things are never stick in the ground and change overtime 

Thanks for the quality of the buildings, very competitive prices, great community, a so called ghost town is now a paradise and more to come no doubt about that

my unbiased opinion is...

weigh what really is " very important " for you, :the Things that are  existing there now or are you willing to wait when it does happen or even if does not have a pool - would you still be happy none the least.?

i think its hard for " some"  people to describe life in the community,...each individual has different view.

best advise someone gave me , is either rent first, or probably look somewhere where the things you are  not in control of is already  up to your satisfaction...( surroundings, etc)

One thing , ihave realized also is this is "Spain" - things move slowly ( if it ever move  at all) , patience is key.
